Brenda is President of NLC Consulting, Inc. specializing in HR programs and policies. She previously was the Director of HR Global Operations for Novell and has over 10 years in this human resource function. Brenda is also currently the Secretary of HRACU (Human Resources Association of Central Utah).

Pat's recruitment, talent development and executive search experiences include working in regional, national and global marketplaces with such well-known corporations as The Walt Disney Company, Avery Dennison, Heidrick & Struggles, Guess, and Cisco Systems. Having lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York, Hong Kong, Beijing and Singapore, she brings over 15 years of knowledge and expertise to helping companies understand how recruitment and relocation work together to attract, recruit and hire today's profit-driven, highly-motivated professional executives. Currently, she is working with the University of Utah to develop a new alumni professional career service program.

Ken Oswald - Secretary

Ken is a native of Salt Lake and holds a BS in Management from BYU and an MBA from the University of Utah. Ken has worked in human resources at various companies in the Salt Lake area including First Security Corporation, Philips Broadcast Systems and currently at Huntsman Corporation. At Huntsman Ken has responsibility for employee benefits including domestic and international relocation.

Tessa Matthews - Membership Director

Tessa currently works at PowerQuest as Vice-President of Human Resources. Prior to joining PowerQuest, she served as a manager of human resources at Corel, Inc. Additional experience includes two years as principal of executive recruiting for Connections and human resources generalist/executive recruiter and implementation trainer at the Covey Leadership Center. Tessa is currently the President of the Human Resource Association of Central Utah.

Diana is currently the Senior Account Executive with Oakwood Worldwide. She has been employed with Oakwood Worldwide for 4 years. Additional experience includes 4 years in the relocation department of a major Utah Real Estate company. Diana received CRP accreditation from ERC in May of 1999.
